Underclassmen will be asked to complete this form in class to help us prepare for the upcoming year.. Please check with your child to make sure they have done so and that your parent contact info was correct. The form can be accessed here.
Marching Band Parent Meeting And Show Reveal
You are invited to to join us on Monday, May 8th at 7p in the PAC for a Marching Band Parent Meeting in conjunction with our May Music Booster Meeting. We will be going over the upcoming season and introducing the 2017 Competition Show! We hope to see you there.
I would like to take a moment to thank our 2016-17 booster officers – Jane Branham, Michelle Trudeau, and John VanVleet – for all of their help, and to welcome our officers for next year. For the 2017-18 school year our officers will be: Julie Kurtz, Chapter VP; Liz Hassay, Secretary; Tabetha Pfaff, Treasurer (Payments), and Lori Conners, Treasurer (Deposits). And, once again, thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time with Darby Music Boosters!

2017 Color Guard Auditions Coming Up
Tryouts for the award-winning Darby Color Guard will be held in May – dates to be announced soon. This is a great way for non-musicians to participate in the Marching Band. Spread the word!
Students who have outgrown (or lost) their summer shirt, shorts, or band shoes need to order new ones at darbybanduniforms.itemorder.com before the end of school. We do not keep a lot of these in stock- please check now!
Band Camp and Fee Update
We have been informed that HCSD will not be charging band members uniform or instrument fees for the upcoming year, which is great new for everyone! Remaining costs are as follows:
HCSD Pay-to-Play Fee: $100
Band Camp Fee: $290 individual, $240 siblings.
